

One of our consultants will make an appointment to meet you. We'll go over your options, set up your accounts and begin the switching process. All you need to bring along is your ID. (A New Zealand driver's licence or other photo ID is required, as well as your IRD number).
The Co-operative Bank will get in touch with your old bank and organise to have your payments transferred to your new account with us. We'll stay in contact to let you know how things are going.
We'll call you when the switch is complete (around 15 business days) and your accounts are all ready to go. So get started and bank like you own the place!
